Chapter I. General provisions
Thank you for visiting the HamCQ.net Community (hereafter referred to as the HamCQ Community). We respect and are committed to protecting the privacy of all user information.We will collect, use, store, share and transfer your personal information in accordance with your consent and other legal bases on which your personal information may be processed.
Chapter ll Privacy Protection Guidelines
We will generally only collect personal information from you with your consent. In some cases, we may also collect personal information from you when we are under a legal obligation or necessary to fulfill a contract, or when personal information may be needed to protect your vital interests or the interests of others.
Section l: How we collect and use your personal information
We may collect and use personal information that you voluntarily provide in the course of using the Services or as a result of your use of HamCQ Communities' products or services, in accordance with the principles of propriety, legality, and necessity, for the following purposes described in this Policy. If we are going to use your personal information for purposes other than those set forth in this Policy, or if we are going to use the information collected for a specific purpose for another purpose, we will inform you in a reasonable manner and ask for your consent again before using it.
Section ll: Registering for an account
When you register and log in to your HamCQ Communities account, you will be required to provide us with the following information: account name, avatar (if any), and e-mail address. Providing this information and agreeing to the HamCQ Communities User Agreement and this Policy will allow you to use the core business functions of the HamCQ Communities, including: browsing content within the HamCQ Communities Platform. If you choose not to provide information that is necessary to fulfill a HamCQ Community core business function or to use a particular type of function, we will not be able to provide you with that function. When you register for a HamCQ Community account, we will require you to provide your e-mail address, and if you refuse to provide your e-mail address, registration will be unsuccessful. When you post information (including Q&A, comments, documents, articles, etc.), we will require you to provide your cell phone number, and if you refuse to provide your cell phone number, you will not be able to use the functions related to posting information. If you refuse to provide your cell phone number, you will not be able to use the functions related to posting information. However, you can exit the registration page and browse the page without logging in.
Section III. Core Business Functions to Provide You with a HamCQ Community Product or Service
In order to fulfill the core business functions of the HamCQ Community, we may need to collect personal information from you. The core business functions of the HamCQ Community and the personal information that is collected to fulfill those functions are detailed below, and you will not be able to use the service if you decline to do so.
Article 1 Browse, Follow and Favorite Functions. The contents you can browse include Q&A, comments, documents and articles; in the process of browsing, you can also follow the users, communities, questions, topics and favorites you are interested in, and collect the above contents. For this purpose, we may collect information about your device when you use the HamCQ Community, such as device model number, unique device identifier, operating system, resolution, telecommunication carrier, and other hardware and software information. We may also collect your browser type in order to provide you with the optimal display of information. In addition, during your use of the browsing and favorites functions, we will automatically collect details of your use of the HamCQ Community and keep them as relevant web logs, including but not limited to information about the search terms you enter and the links you click, information about the content and comments you view and post, information about the images you upload, information about your transactions, the language you use, the date and time of your visit, and the web page records you request. The web page records, operating system, software version number, login IP information of your request.
Article 2 Information Posting Function. After you register as a HamCQ Community user, you can post questions and articles, or documents on the HamCQ Community Platform, and you can also comment on and agree with other people's content. In this process, we may collect your device information, browser type, log information.
Section IV. Additional Business Features to Provide You with HamCQ Community Products or Services
In order to provide you with better products and services, we may need to collect the information described below. Your refusal to provide the information described below will not affect your ability to use the core business functions of the HamCQ Community as described in Section III of this chapter, but we will not be able to provide you with certain features and services.
Article 1 Location Functions. We may collect information about your location when you turn on the device's location function and use related services provided by the HamCQ community based on location.
Article 2 Search Functions. When you use the search functions provided by HamCQ Communities, we collect information about the keywords you query, as well as other information and content details that you view or request when using HamCQ Communities services. In order to make searching easier for you and to continually improve HamCQ Community products or services, we may use browser web storage mechanisms (including HTML5) and application data caching to collect and locally store information on your device. Such keyword information is generally not individually identifiable to you, is not your personal information, and is not subject to this Policy. Only if your search keyword information is linked to other information about you that personally identifies you, then, for the duration of the combination, we will treat your search keyword information as your personal information and treat and protect it, along with your search history, in accordance with this Policy.
Article 3 Authentication Service: HamCQ Community provides authentication service and will mark the authentication mark for you after reviewing the authenticity of your personal information. Therefore, when you apply for authentication by HamCQ Community, we need to collect your name, cell phone number, ID number, occupation, and relevant identification information to confirm the authenticity of your personal identity and practicing qualification. For example, if you apply to be certified as a lawyer, you need to provide us with your identity card information and lawyer's license information for verification.
Article IV Customer Service. When you file a complaint, grievance, or inquiry with the HamCQ Community, we may ask you to provide personal information such as your name, cell phone number, email, and other contact information in order to contact you or help you resolve your problem. If you refuse to provide such information, we may not be able to provide you with timely feedback on the outcome of your complaint, grievance or inquiry.
Article 5 Targeted Push. Based on the information we collect, we may analyze your preferences, habits and location for profiling and user profiling, in order to provide you with more appropriate and customized services, such as displaying or recommending more relevant (rather than generalized) search results, information streams, or advertisement/promotional information results to you. To do this, we need to collect information such as your device information, browser type, log information, browsing history.
Section Ⅴ: We may indirectly obtain your personal information from third parties
Article 1 When you use a third-party account (Github, Google, etc.) to log in to the HamCQ Community, you may choose to authorize the HamCQ Community to read and obtain your public information (including nicknames and avatars) registered, published, and recorded on such third-party platforms in compliance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations.
Article 2 The HamCQ Community requires your authorization to obtain the above information from third parties in order to remember your login identity as a user of the HamCQ Community and to provide you with better products or services. We will collect and use your personal information only to the extent of your authorized consent. After you have registered or logged in with a third party account, your third party account will be tied to your HamCQ Community account, and you can either un-tie it by yourself or contact the administrator to un-tie it by posting a message on the site.
Section VI. Sensitive information
Before providing any personal information to the HamCQ Community that is sensitive information, please clearly consider that such provision is appropriate and agree that your personal sensitive information may be handled for the purposes and in the manner described in this Policy.
We may collect and use sensitive information about you with your consent to implement features related to HamCQ Community business and allow you to opt out of the collection and use of this sensitive information, but opting out of the use of this information will affect your ability to use the features.
Section VII. Exceptions to authorized consent
According to relevant laws and regulations, in the following cases, we can collect and use some necessary personal information without your authorized consent:
Article 1 Those directly related to national security and national defense security;
Article 2 directly related to public security, public health, and major public interests;
Article 3 directly related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial and judgment execution;
Article 4 For the purpose of safeguarding your or other individuals' lives, property and other important legitimate rights and interests but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;
Article 5 The collected personal information is disclosed to the public by yourself;
Article 6 Your personal information is collected from legitimate public disclosure of information, such as from legitimate news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;
Article 7 Necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract at your request;
Article 8 Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products or services of the HamCQ Community, such as discovering and disposing of product or service failures;
Article 9 Other cases stipulated by laws and regulations.

Chapter lll How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information
Section I. Sharing your personal information
Article 1 We will not share your personal information with any company, organization or individual, except in the following cases:
- Obtaining your prior express authorization or consent: We will share your personal information with other parties after obtaining your express consent;
- Sharing Under Legal Circumstances: Sharing of your personal information is required by applicable laws and regulations, legal process, governmental mandates or judicial decisions;
- To the extent required or permitted by law, it is necessary to provide your personal information to third parties in order to protect the HamCQ Community, its users or the public from harm to their interests, property or safety;
- Sharing with Authorized Partners: In order to provide you with better and quality products and services, some of our services will be provided by authorized partners. We may share some of your personal information with our partners to provide better customer service and user experience. For example, when the HamCQ Community sends you a gift, the HamCQ Community will need to share your personal information with a logistics service provider in order to arrange delivery. We will only share your personal information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes, and only share personal information that is necessary to provide the service. We will also sign strict confidentiality agreements with our partners requiring them to handle your personal information in accordance with our instructions, this policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures. Our partners are not authorized to use the shared personal information for any other purpose. If you refuse to allow our partners to collect personal information necessary to provide the service, this may result in your inability to use that third party service within the HamCQ Community.
Currently, our authorized partners include the following types:
- Authorized partners in the advertising, analytics services category. Unless we have your permission, we will not share your personally identifiable information (meaning information that identifies you, such as your name or e-mail address) with partners that provide advertising, analytics services. For advertising partners, we may provide them with information about the reach and effectiveness of their advertisements without providing your personally identifiable information, or we may anonymize this information so that it does not identify you personally. For partners who analyze data, we may provide them with data on the number of HamCQ Community users, their regional distribution, their activity, etc., in order to better analyze their use of the HamCQ Community, but we will only provide them with statistical information that does not identify you personally (e.g., “25 year old male based in London who enjoys software development”);
Article 2 For the purposes of the foregoing, the location or use of your Personal Information by any third party referred to in this “Sharing of Your Personal Information” section may be outside of your jurisdiction, including where there may be no Personal Information protection statutes that are substantially similar to, or serve the purposes of, the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside;
Article 3 Reminder about sharing information: Through the functions provided by us or third parties, you can actively share and share information publicly (e.g., forwarding content to other Internet platforms), in which case the shared information will be widely and instantly transmitted.
However, as long as you do not delete the information that has been shared, it will remain in the public domain; in some cases, even if you delete the information that has been shared, such information may be independently cached, copied, or stored by other users or third parties unaffiliated with and not under the control of us, or may be preserved in the public domain by other users or such third parties. For example, when you forward a response you have posted to the HamCQ Community to another Internet platform, that platform will likely independently display, cache, or store the content you have forwarded, and other Internet users may also forward and store your response, and the corresponding page will not be under the control of the HamCQ Community.
Section II. Transfers
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual unless we have your express consent.
Section III. Public disclosure
We will not publicly disclose your personal information unless we have your express consent to do so.
We may disclose your personal information to the authorized authorities based on the law, legal process, litigation or mandatory requirements of governmental authorities. However, we guarantee that, in the event of such circumstances, we will require that the party requesting disclosure must produce valid legal documents corresponding thereto and take security measures for the disclosed information that comply with the law and industry standards.
Section IV. Exceptions to Authorized Consent for Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure of Personal Information
According to relevant laws and regulations, we can share, transfer and publicly disclose your personal information without your authorized consent in the following cases:
Article 1 Those related to national security, national defense security;
Article 2 Those related to public safety, public health, and significant public interests;
Article 3 Related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial and judgment execution;
Article 4 For the purpose of safeguarding your or other individuals' life, property and other significant legitimate rights and interests, but it is difficult to obtain my consent;
Article 5 Personal information that you disclose to the public on your own;
Article 6 Personal information collected from legitimate public disclosure of information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure and other channels.
Article 7 Other cases stipulated by laws and regulations.
According to laws and regulations, sharing and transferring personal information that has been de-identified and ensuring that the recipient of the data is unable to recover and re-identify the subject of the personal information does not fall under the act of sharing, transferring and public disclosure of personal information externally, and the preservation and processing of such data will be carried out without having to notify you separately and obtain your consent.
Chapter Ⅳ How we protect your personal information
The security of your personal information is of paramount importance to us. Section II. Security incident management
While we will endeavor to ensure the security of any information you send us, please understand that due to technical limitations and the variety of malicious means that may exist in the Internet industry, it is not always possible to guarantee that information is 100% secure. You should be aware that the systems and communication networks you use to access our services may be subject to problems due to factors beyond our control. In order to prevent security incidents from occurring, we have put in place appropriate early warning mechanisms and contingency plans. In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, promptly inform you of: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take to deal with the incident, the suggestions you can make on your own to prevent and reduce the risk and the remedial measures for you, and immediately activate the contingency plan in order to strive to minimize the damage. We will promptly inform you of the situation related to the incident by telephone, push notification, etc. When it is difficult to inform users one by one, we will adopt a reasonable and effective way to make public announcements. At the same time, we will also take the initiative to report the disposition of personal information security incidents in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory authorities, and closely cooperate with the work of government agencies.

We take your concerns about your personal information seriously and make every effort to protect your rights to access, correct, delete, and withdraw consent to your personal information so that you have the full ability to safeguard your privacy and security. Your rights include:
Section I. Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information
Article 1 You have the right to access and correct your personal information at any time, except as provided by laws and regulations.
Article 2 If you require access to other personal information generated in the course of your use of the HamCQ Community, we will provide it to you upon reasonable request.
Section ll Cancellation of your account
If you need to cancel your HamCQ Community account, you can contact the webmaster to request the cancellation of your HamCQ Community account by posting in the Community. We will provide you with account cancellation services after verifying your identity and clearing the assets in your account.
In order to provide you with a more convenient way to cancel your account, we will continue to optimize our products and inform you through the page announcement. After canceling your account, we will stop providing you with products or services and delete your personal information upon your request, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
Section III. Obtaining copies of personal information
You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information. You can contact us by posting a message in the community to the webmaster and we will process your request within 90 days.
Section IV. Responding to your request above
For security purposes, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. You may be required to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. In principle, we will respond to your request within 30 days.
In principle, we do not charge fees for reasonable requests, but we will charge a fee for costs incurred for requests that are repeated more than reasonably possible. We may refuse requests that are unnecessarily repetitive, require excessive technical means (e.g., requiring the development of a new system or a fundamental change in existing practices), pose a risk to the legal rights of others, or are highly impractical (e.g., involving the backing up of information stored on magnetic tapes).
Chapter VI. Notices we give
Section I. Notifications and other types of communications
We may use your personal information to send push notifications to your device when you use HamCQ Community Services.
Section II. Service-related announcements
We may from time to time send you service-related announcements as we deem necessary, such as when we suspend a HamCQ Community Service for maintenance. You may not cancel these service-related announcements that are not promotional in nature.
Chapter Vll Storage of your personal information
We store the data from in the servers of the Singapore node provided by Amazon Web Services. We will ensure that the recipient of the data has adequate data protection capabilities to protect your personal information.
We are committed to storing your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary. Personal information collected in the context of the browsing-only function, such as browsing history and IP information. We will delete or anonymize any personal information that exceeds the time limit.
In the event that we cease operations due to poor management or other reasons, we will store your personal information for a short period of time until it is deleted, in accordance with the specified period. We will announce this situation on the website or communicate it to each user one by one by other reasonable means, such as by postal mail or e-mail.
Chapter Ⅷ How We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
When you use our services, we store small data files called cookies on your computer or mobile device.Cookies usually contain an identifier, site name and some numbers and characters. We use this information to determine whether a registered user is logged in or not, to improve the quality of our services/products and to optimize the user experience. Disabling cookies may affect your access to the HamCQ Community or prevent you from fully utilizing the services offered by the Community.
We do not use cookies for any purpose other than those described in this policy. You can manage or delete cookies according to your preferences, you can clear all cookies stored on your computer, and most web browsers have the ability to block cookies.
Chapter Ⅸ How we handle minors' personal information
Article 1 HamCQ community services are primarily for adults. Our products, websites and services are intended primarily for adults. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should read this policy with your guardian before using our products or services, and you should make sure that you have obtained your guardian's consent to use our services and provide us with your information. We will emphasize the protection of minors' personal information in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.
Article 2 If your guardian does not consent to your use of our services or provision of information to us in accordance with this Policy, please terminate your use of our services immediately and notify us promptly.
Article 3 In cases where personal information of minors is collected with the consent of parents or legal guardians, we will only use or publicly disclose this information when permitted by law, with the express consent of the parents or guardians, or when necessary for the protection of minors.

Article 1 This Policy is an integral part of the HamCQ Community User Agreement.The HamCQ Community reserves the right to update or modify this Policy from time to time.
Article 2 We will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your express consent. We will notify you by reasonable means, such as push notifications, pop-up forms, etc., so that you can keep up to date with any changes made to this Policy.
