Please read the following terms carefully, and if you disagree with any of the terms of this Agreement, you may choose not to enter the HamCQ Community.
By registering, either by entering the HamCQ Community, or by posting any content (hereinafter referred to as “Content”) on the HamCQ Community, you (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) accept all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement in full.
Chapter I. Rules of use
Article 1 Upon successful registration, HamCQ Community will give each user a user account and a corresponding password, which the user is responsible for keeping. Users shall be legally responsible for all activities and events conducted under their user accounts.
Article 2 Users shall take full responsibility for the authenticity, legality and validity of the registered information in HamCQ Community. Users shall not pretend to be other people; shall not use other people's names to publish any information; and shall not use the registered account in bad faith to cause other users to misidentify; otherwise, HamCQ Community has the right to immediately stop providing services, recover its account and the user shall bear all the legal liabilities arising therefrom.
Article 3 Users who use the services and data of HamCQ Community directly or indirectly through various means (such as RSS feeds and off-site API references, etc.) shall be deemed to have unconditionally accepted the entire contents of this Agreement; if users have any objections to any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, they shall immediately stop using all services provided by HamCQ Community.
Article 4 HamCQ Community is a platform for information sharing, dissemination and acquisition. Information published by users through HamCQ Community is public information, and other third parties can obtain the information published by users through HamCQ Community. Users' publication of any information recognizes that the information is public information, and they are solely legally responsible for their behavior; any information that users do not want to be known by other third parties should not be published on HamCQ Community. Any information that the user does not want to be known by other third parties should not be published in the HamCQ Community.
Article 5 Users undertake not to use HamCQ Community in any way to directly or indirectly engage in behavior that violates the laws of the country or region where they are located as well as social morality, and HamCQ Community reserves the right to delete any content that violates the above undertakings.
Article 6 Users shall not utilize HamCQ community services to produce, upload, copy, publish, disseminate or reproduce the following contents:
- Opposing the basic principles determined by the constitution of the country or region where they are located;
- Endangering the national security of the location, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
- Damaging the honor and interests of the country of the location;
- Inciting national hatred and discrimination and undermining national unity;
- Insulting and abusing the image of martyrdom, denying the deeds of martyrdom, and embellishing and whitewashing the acts of war of aggression;
- Undermining the state's religious policy and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
- Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and destabilizing society;
- Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crimes;
- Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;
- Information containing other contents prohibited by the laws and administrative regulations of the country or region in which it is located.
Article 7 All users agree to abide by the HamCQ Community Code.
Article 8 HamCQ Community has the right to review and supervise the use of HamCQ Community by the users. If the users violate any of the above regulations when using HamCQ Community, HamCQ Community or its authorized person has the right to ask the users to correct or directly take all necessary measures (including but not limited to changing or deleting the contents posted by the users, suspending or terminating the users' right to use HamCQ Community) to mitigate the impact of the users' improper behavior. ) to mitigate the effects of the user's misconduct.
Chapter II. Intellectual property rights
HamCQ Community is a platform for information acquisition, sharing and dissemination. We respect the content created by HamCQ Community users, encourage users to recognize the importance of protecting intellectual property rights for the survival and development of the HamCQ Community, and commit to making the protection of intellectual property rights one of the basic principles for the operation of the HamCQ Community.
Article 1 The copyright of all original content (including but not limited to answers, articles and comments) published by users on HamCQ Community belongs to the users themselves. Users may authorize third parties to use them in any way without the consent of HamCQ Community.
Article 2 The logos, layout, typography, text, pictures, graphics, etc. contained in the network services provided by HamCQ Community are protected by copyrights, trademarks and other laws, and without the consent of the relevant right holders (including HamCQ Community and other original right holders), none of the above mentioned contents can be directly or indirectly published, used, rewritten or redistributed for the purpose of publication or use on any platform, or be used for any other commercial purposes.
Article 3 In order to promote the sharing and dissemination of knowledge, Users grant HamCQ Community a free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use all of the content published on HamCQ Community, and HamCQ Community has the right to use the content on HamCQ products and services in various forms, including but not limited to the website as well as published applications or other Internet products.
Article 4 If a third party reproduces content published by the User on the HamCQ Community outside of the HamCQ Community for non-commercial purposes, it shall prominently state the name of the original author (or the name of the account used by the original author on the HamCQ Community) at the beginning of the body of the work, give a link to the original, state that it was “published on the HamCQ Community”, and shall not modify the work for its own interpretation. If it is necessary to modify the work or use it for commercial purposes, the third party should contact the User to obtain a separate authorization to use the content in the manner specified by the User.
Article 5 HamCQ Community provides users with the option of “All Rights Reserved, Reproduction Prohibited”. No third party is allowed to reproduce the content marked “No Reproduction” unless authorized by the original author alone, otherwise it will be considered as an infringement of copyright.
Article 6 Users shall guarantee that the content uploaded or published in HamCQ Community is copyrighted or legally authorized, and that the content will not infringe on the legal rights and interests of any third party. If a third party objects to the copyright, HamCQ Community has the right to delete the content according to the actual situation, and has the right to pursue the user's legal responsibility. The user shall be responsible for full compensation for any damage caused to the HamCQ Community or any third party.
Article 7 In the event that any third party violates the rights related to the users of the HamCQ Communities, the users agree to authorize the HamCQ Communities or their designated agents to warn, complain, initiate administrative enforcement, litigation, appeal, or negotiate a settlement on behalf of the HamCQ Communities or the users against such third party, and the users agree to participate in the co-defense of their rights if the HamCQ Communities deem it necessary.
Article 8 HamCQ Community has the right but not the obligation to review the content posted by users.
Chapter III. Personal privacy
Respecting the privacy of users' personal information is the consistent principle of HamCQ Community, and HamCQ Community will fully protect users' personal information through technical means, strengthening internal management, etc. Except for the reasons of requirement by law or government departments with authority conferred by law, or explicit authorization from users in advance, HamCQ Community guarantees that it will not disclose users' personal information to the outside world or to third parties, or non-public contents stored by users when using the services. or non-public contents stored by users when using the services. Chapter IV. Disclaimer
Article 1 The HamCQ Community cannot guarantee the correctness of answers or comments posted by users.
Article 2 The contents published by users in HamCQ Community only indicate their personal standpoints and opinions, and do not represent the standpoints or opinions of HamCQ Community. As the publisher of the content, he/she is responsible for the content published, and the publisher of the content shall bear all the legal and joint responsibilities for any disputes caused by the content published, and HamCQ Community shall not bear any legal and joint responsibilities.
Article 3 HamCQ Community does not guarantee that the network service will meet the user's requirements, nor does it guarantee that the network service will not be interrupted, nor does it guarantee the timeliness, safety or accuracy of the network service.
Article 4 HamCQ Community shall not be responsible for any interruption of network services or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond the control of HamCQ Community, but HamCQ Community will try its best to minimize the losses and impacts caused to users as a result.
Chapter V. Modification of agreements
Article 1 According to the development of the Internet and the changes of relevant laws, regulations and normative documents, or due to the needs of business development, HamCQ Community has the right to make modifications or changes to the terms of this Agreement. Once the content of this Agreement is changed, HamCQ Community will directly publish the modified contents of the Agreement on the website of HamCQ Community, and at the same time notify the users of the change of the content of the Agreement, and the notification behavior is considered that the users have been aware of the modification. HamCQ Community may also send additional e-mail or private messages to notify users of modifications to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, changes to the service, or other important matters.
Article 2 If the User does not agree with the changes made by the HamCQ Community to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the User has the right to and shall immediately stop using the HamCQ Community. If the User continues to use the HamCQ Community, the User shall be deemed to have accepted the modifications made by the HamCQ Community to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
